With the experience and related certifications acquired over the years, the Group and its companies have also dedicated themselves to the management and maintenance of buildings, managing to win Facility Management contracts from North to South through framework agreements with the ASL Milano 1 Hospital or with the ASL Provincial Company of Palermo, and last but not least in terms of time, also the management of the water sanitation systems of the "Paolo Giaccone" Polyclinic of Palermo or the construction of the premises intended for Neonatal Magnetic Resonance. of the Children's Hospital of Palermo, and not to be underestimated in this last year the commitment made by various administrations to the construction of some Covid Center departments in Sicily.

This objective has been achieved over the years thanks to the commitment of the Group's Governance team to select qualified personnel to be involved in both the management and execution of contracts, training them to manage, in particular, interference between the construction site and the client's operational personnel where it was not possible to suspend normal use of services, as in the case of hospital or military facilities.
