The Tecno Edile Iannacco Group, through its companies, having gained significant experience over the years in both the Facility Management and Property Management sectors in various fields, both private and public, has succeeded in proposing itself as a GLOBAL SERVICE contract provider, both directly and as a subcontractor, on behalf of major national and foreign operators. It has managed to acquire significant orders, achieving the project's aim of containing costs and reducing the size of support structures, improving the quality of "non-core" services, with the management of various framework agreements for building and plant maintenance with the related management of technological systems, i.e. the management and maintenance of real estate assets, obtaining good results on the parameters agreed upon in the agreements.

CWe would like to inform you that the Group operates on orders in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments, and constantly operates in both the public and private hospital sectors, exercising all health and environmental safety protocols to guarantee all its customers, especially the constant monitoring of the good health of its employees, both those vaccinated and those not.
