This distinctive characteristic allows it to handle private renovations throughout the region, from simple bathrooms to entire apartments, with great skill and affordability. It also handles medium-sized renovations, maintenance, and management of public assets and residential buildings throughout the region, while also providing ongoing support to the other companies in the Group.


THE'Heirs Iannacco Antonio The group's historic company, with 60 years of experience, has transferred its expertise to other companies and now markets renovation accessories. In addition to supporting other companies as the group's purchasing and coordination center, it remains available to share its expertise with our clients and designers, helping them find new products or specific artisans to include in their projects.

Who we are

The Tecnoedile Group was born in the 90s from the experience of three companies, the leading company is the Sicil Tecno Impianti Srl which provides its services ensuring a quality standard by having concrete competence and method in managing orders as well as having motivated and vastly experienced human resources which allows it to effectively achieve the objectives and results required by our clients.

Our goal, both in the Facility and General Contracting sectors, is to provide our clients with functional workspaces or sales outlets year-round, aesthetically impeccable, with consistently excellent value for money, and with the time and methods required by commercial regulations. Above all, we aim to have a responsive partner with a short decision-making chain.

There Sicil Tecno Impianti Leveraging the experience gained over the years in the field of construction and maintenance of buildings, systems and mechanical engineering, achieving understanding of the construction, organizational and management processes of the project as well as coordinating all the other professionals who will intervene in the implementation process on behalf of the client, this result was possible thanks to having within the staff specific professionals in various sectors, from Architects to Engineers, and from Bricklayers to Electricians, all capable of identifying and independently resolving any critical issues that may arise during the various construction and/or maintenance works of the properties or sales outlets entrusted to us.
